Speaking and Facilitated Dialogue | Guidelines

Work With Me

Opening a question worth exploring.

Keynotes, expert lectures, panel contributions, and facilitated dialogues that connect research with practice and create space for sustained thinking.

01

Contexts and audiences.

Conferences, organizational events, academic programmes, leadership forums, and professional communities.

Speaking engagements are appropriate when an audience needs a well-grounded introduction to a complex question — about management, AI, organizational learning, relational dynamics, or strategic change — presented with care, precision, and intellectual honesty.

Facilitated dialogues go further: they create structured space for a group to examine a question together, surface disagreements, and build shared understanding. They are particularly useful for leadership teams, cross-organizational forums, and events where the goal is active engagement rather than passive reception.

02

How speaking engagements are prepared.

Every engagement is prepared with the specific audience, context, and purpose in mind.

Preparation begins with understanding the audience, the event's purpose, and what kind of engagement will be most useful. The talk or session is then designed to match the context — not adapted from a generic presentation.

For facilitated dialogues, the design process also includes identifying the central question, the appropriate structure, and the conditions needed for honest and productive conversation.

Bring a research perspective to your event.

If you are organizing an event, conference, leadership forum, or academic programme and are looking for a speaker or facilitator who works from evidence and takes the question seriously, I would be glad to discuss.
