Work With Me
Inquiry that is open to scrutiny and challenge.
Collaborative work on conceptual development, research design, qualitative inquiry, and the interpretation of emerging findings on relational management and organizational learning.
What research collaboration involves.
Conceptual development, empirical inquiry, and the connection of research with organizational practice.
Research collaboration is relevant for academics, doctoral researchers, think tanks, and organizations with a genuine interest in contributing to the development of knowledge — not just applying it.
Current areas of inquiry include: relational capabilities and competitive advantage, trust and governance in human-AI collaboration, organizational learning under conditions of technological change, and the measurement of relational value creation. Collaboration may begin at any stage of a research project.
Standards and conditions.
Research collaboration requires clarity about methods, ethics, authorship, and the use of data from the outset.
All collaborative research is conducted according to appropriate disciplinary and ethical standards. Agreements about authorship, data use, publication rights, and confidentiality are established clearly before work begins.
The agenda of the Relational Management research programme is open and developing. Collaboration is most productive when both parties bring genuine intellectual curiosity and a commitment to rigorous, honest inquiry.
Next step
Propose a collaboration.
If you are working on a question that connects with the Relational Management research programme and are interested in a collaborative inquiry, I would be glad to discuss whether and how a partnership might develop.
